The room was huge, huge and had climate control, ipad and hairdryer. Bed was big, the pool area was excellent. The beautiful beach was located near the property. Had complimentary drinks in the sky bar.

The breakfast was gorgeous and the staff were eager to help, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We loved our coffee with goodies at Caffe Nero. Fast check in & the service was excellent. It was the best stay, convenient place:)))

I had a decent stay in a long time. There were fine beds and coffee and TV set in the double room. Had quick check-in experience and the staff was outstandingly accommodating. Don't forget to explore Kensington district.

The staff was responsive, the bed was soft. I got free upgrade and loved it. Hotel offered plenty of meals for continental breakfast. Modern interior, modest restaurant.
Shame the bathroom was too small. The location was bad, it's a pitty. Wifi was very poor, not very nice views.

Location was gorgeous, I appreciated exceptional staff and newly renovated rooms. They had a continental breakfast that included breads and hardboiled eggs. The service was decent here. Very satisfying place to stay while in London.
